WTAP invites donors and philanthropists to join its growing corps of annual supporters:
The Friends of The Welcome to America Project

Year after year, these supporters support WTAP with a $1,000 or more contribution.
Together, this vital group forms the financial foundation that allows WTAP to sustain and grow its mission each year.
$1,000 allows WTAP to furnish the apartments of 5 refugee families!

In grateful return, in 2008 WTAP will provide its Friends with:

A Thank You Reception in the Fall, where Friends can mingle and sample food from a top Scottsdale eatery
Two Tickets to The Prom, our annual spring fundraiser
Regular mailed updates on WTAP's activities, budget and progress
In addition, when you are a Friend, we do not mail you any additional financial appeals.

There is no contract, no binding agreement. Each year we'll contact you personally to see if you'd like to join the Friends again. And up to $400 of your contribution qualifies for a dollar-for-dollar tax credit on your Arizona state taxes.

For our donors, we want to be a home-town charity that gives you the most philanthropic satisfaction and the greatest humanitarian return on your investment.
